Emma Bazan - Makeup Artist

Emma Bazan is a freelance makeup artist based in New York City, specializing in beauty and fashion. Coming from a fine arts background, Emma found herself painting on faces, rather than just on canvases. It was then that she realized she had a tremendous passion for the artistry of makeup and love for beauty. Similar to painting and sculpting, she found that her natural understanding of color and form could also be applied to her makeup skills. She attended Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, where she majored in Illustration.

Emma's makeup work has been applied in areas such as fashion editorials, beauty, commercial print work, runway, and film. Her work has been published in magazines such as; Highlights, Rouge, bRILLIANT, Clam, and Chic Today. She is always learning new techniques and skills, and keeps herself up to date with new trends and inspirations.

Emma was born in Queens New York, and now resides in Brooklyn. When she is not painting on faces, she can be found working on her illustrations.
